Training & Support

We recognise that our growth is determined by your success, which is why we invest time and resources into helping you improve your business through our excellent training and support package. 

Our intensive 12 week initial training programme has been designed to teach you the specific skills required for the business.  We cover all aspects of the franchise from product knowledge, kitchen planning, CAD and design, business systems, admin, order processing, accounts and finance, sales and negotiating, marketing and PR, presentation skills, customer services and health and safety. 


Training and support

Once you have opened your studio, a Franchise Manager will visit you on a weekly basis for a period of 6 months and you will have a comprehensive Franchise Manual to refer to at all times.  Regardless of how long a franchisee has been with in-toto, we always make on-going training available and you will always have the ongoing support of our experienced Franchise Managers, together with the professional services of our Head Office personnel.
